Q-Can I get a list of satisfied customers?
A-Yes! Just ask when you contact us.
Q-Do you use microphones?
A-Yes! Each camera is equipped with a microphone.
We also use a wireless microphone on the groom.
Q-How do you edit video?
A-We use state-of-the-art editing equipment to maintain the highest quality.
Q-Can I have my video on DVD?
A-Yes! We prefer DVD. But VHS is available.
Q-Do you use special effects in your videos?
A-Yes! Film style effects, such as slow-motion, black and white, special filters, etc.
Q-How many cameras will be at my ceremony and reception?
A-Depending on the package you select.
Q-Do you use 1 or 3 chip cameras?
A-All our cameras are 3 chip. This provides better color and resolution.
Q-How many copies of my video do I get?
A-Depending on the package you select, additional copies may be purchased.
Q-When can I expect my video?
A-Most videos will be mailed within 3 to 4 weeks after your wedding or event.
Q-Can I choose my own music?
A-Yes! We prefer you choose the music.
Q-Do I have to send
copies of my music?
A-Yes! Unless you choose from our music library.
Q-Can I add honeymoon/dating/baby pictures?
A-Yes! The Ultimate package only.
Q-Will you return my music and pictures?
A-Yes! Your music CDs and pictures will be returned at the same time your DVDs are mailed.
Q-How far will you travel?
A-The distance we travel is based on the package you choose.
Additional mileage charges may apply.
Q-What about a contract?
A-We will ask you to read and sign a contract after you secure the date.
Q-Do you book more than one wedding on a given date?
A-No! This is your day so we only book one wedding on a date.
Q-How do I secure my wedding date?
A-A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will secure your date.
Q-When is the remainder of the cost due?
A-1/2 of the balance after deposit, due 60 days prior to the wedding date.
The remainder due 7 days prior to the wedding date.
Q-Can I pay for my video with a credit card?
A-Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, and cash.
